Rotate PDF

Rotate PDF corrects the page orientation of one or more pages in a PDF — fixing pages that were scanned upside down, sideways, or in the wrong orientation for a mixed-orientation document. It can rotate all pages uniformly (useful for a single-scan batch) or individual pages selectively (useful for documents where most pages are portrait but a few data tables are landscape). The rotation is applied to the PDF page object itself, not as a viewer preference — it will display correctly in any PDF viewer, including on mobile.

If a page has been scanned at a slight angle (skewed rather than rotated 90°) this tool does not deskew — it only applies 90° incremental rotations. Deskewing requires image processing rather than PDF rotation. Pages with embedded form fields: rotating the page does not rotate the form field hit zones — interactive forms on rotated pages may have misaligned click areas.
