Merge PDF

Merge PDF combines multiple separate PDF files into a single document in the order you specify. Unlike a ZIP archive, the merged output is a single continuous PDF where bookmarks, page numbers, and embedded metadata from each source are preserved and renumbered automatically. Digitally signed PDFs lose their signatures on merge because the page content changes. Merge first, sign the final merged document. Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until unlocked. Use Unlock PDF first. PDFs with mixed page sizes (e.g. A4 and A3 mixed) merge cleanly but each page retains its original dimensions — the output is not normalised to one page size. Bookmarks nested more than 3 levels deep are flattened to 3 levels in the merged output.
